INGREDIENTS:
1 pound (450g) macaroni(cavatappi shells)
1 cup milk
1 cups heavy cream
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt or according to taste
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil macaroni in a large pot accoding to directions given on the package and then drain water. Set aside.
2. Take a medium pot and melt butter, then add in salt, pepper and flour.
3. Slowly add heavy cream and milk and keep stirring until its well combined.
4. Keep heating over medium heat unil bubbles start. Then reduce heat to low and add in cheeses and keep stirring until melted.
5. Add macaroni to cheese mixture and keep stirring to combine thoroughly.
6. Keep it for 5 minutes till macaroni and cheese thicken.
