Garlic Shrimp Cheese Pasta


INGREDIENTS:

500g cooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
5 garlic cloves chopped
250g spaghetti
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 cup cooked spaghetti water
1 cup cream
1 chicken bullion cube
2 cups of Four-Cheese Italian White Cheese Blend (White Cheddar, Provolone, Mozzarella, Asiago)
green onions chopped

DIRECTIONS:


1. Boil spaghetti in a pan, drain water. Reserve some of cooked water of spaghetti.
2. Cook chopped garlic and shrimp in olive oil and butter for about 3 minutes on medium heat with occasional stirring, without burning. Remove the shrimp from the pan.
3. Add 1 cube of chicken broth bullion in 1 cup of hot spaghetti water.
4. Add heavy cream, and cooked spaghetti to the skillet in which you cooked shrimp. Bring to boil and keep stirring.
5. Once the water are boiling, immediately add cheese and keep stirring everything together (spaghetti and the cream) while boiling, until cheese melts and coats pasta for about 90 seconds.
6. Reduce to simmer keep cooking with constant stirring to thicken the sauce for about a minute or two. Add in half amount of shrimp.
7. While serving garnish each serving with remaining half amount of shrimp and chopped green onions.
